The Business Analyst will be responsible to develop a detailed understanding of the capabilities of the company’s products. This position requires an ability to understand how our Product solutions help our client and to communicate client challenges to internal technical team. Primary responsibilities include:
Interface with Clients, Project Managers, and other project Stakeholders to analyze, interpret, and identify a products business requirements, scope, issues, and solutions
Write software requirement specification based on the client’s requirement and performs brainstorming sessions with subject matter experts and technical team
Requirement Elicitation, Collection, Documentation and Analysis for existing and new projects
Ensures requirements are fully scoped
Propose reasonable solution to client’s requirement in alignment with technical feasibility
Understand the context of the solutions and business decisions made using it
Drive value/insights to the solutions to make it more meaningful to the business
Drive ad-hoc analysis beyond regular assignments
Propose new technique that help aid analysis or solve business problems
Perform functional testing and coordinate with Development and Quality team to ensure quality of the delivery
Translate technical information for a business audience
Identifies and record risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions in accordance with project standards
Cross-training as backup to other members on the team
Train and assist in the junior analysts
Able to give demo to stakeholders.
Ready to put extra effort to achieve challenging targets.
Able to bridge gap between client to solution provider.
Can give positive respond to cross team queries related to requirement, without creating any conflict.
Always open to accept new improvement in execution process.
Participate in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to understand business processes, issues and user requirements.
Develop workflows and process diagrams in addition to participating in weekly status update meetings to gather/communicate changes in scope to development team.
Ensure the product is built according to the requirements while constantly identifying ways to increase product, system and application efficiency.
Give proactive feedback regarding day-to-day operations and strive to improve performance.
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved.
BE/Graduate or equivalent
Good knowledge of BRD, SRS, Wireframes is a must
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology is a must
Detailed understanding of SDLC
Experience of Use Cases & Process Flow Diagrams will be added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts is a must
Experience dealing with International clients is a must.

Experience: 4-6 Years.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Sr. Business Analyst.
USA Healthcare related experience is added advantage.
