Team Leader - Project Management - CPET - India - Aug 2017

• To review & analyze  different situation from every logical perspective in terms of production & project status  at departmental level
• To develop overall conclusion & find solution for challenges’  faced by respective dept. to achieve targets & SLA
• To work closely with different dept. mgrs. to ensure that business  meets SLA
• To translate  challenges’ into requirement for functional specifications
• To prepare Pre-Planning PPT & present it to all depts. for giving basic understanding on expectation for achieving SLA & milestones
• To do post project analysis  on challenges’  &/or critical issues faced during project completion  and  use same for developing streamline process
• Share challenges’, requirement or other project discussion with Ops dept., AMs' & client Engagement
• Attend client status call &share specifications  of respective project or upcoming project with Ops team
• To validate project configured
• To do client configuration in portal for new client
• To prepare project guidelines for all projects
• To share project guidelines with Ops depts. and document same
• To initiate project launch call in presence of AMs', Client Engagement & Ops Team
• To share all important details/updates relating to project with concerned depts.
• Lead Internal meeting with stakeholders
• To initiate Pre-Launch call with AMs', Client Engagement & Ops depts. for proposed upcoming project details
• Process defining, implementing and monitoring
• Long-term planning including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
