Quality Team Leader - Imaging Quality

• Delivery of team quality and productivity targets & indicators
• People Management, including all HR related issues, as well as staff development
• Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule
• Training and development of staff
• Conducting performance appraisal for the team
• Compiling reports on team’s performance
• Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same
• Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from Manager to team and vise versa
• Inter dept coordination


• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Adaptable to changing priorities
• Good with Excel and other office tools
• Should be flexible for both shift(Day & Night) and location . Female candidate will get day shift
• Coaching and motivation skills


1. Monitor and evaluate QA's daily, weekly and monthly performance
2. Effective team management
3. Discuss Audit results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions
4. Completing monthly targets of Team
5. Active Participation in weekly calibration and meetings, internal & External both.
6. Maintain confidentiality of the department's strategies
7. Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
8. Motivated to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
9. Committed to meet or exceed set volume and productivity targets
10. Sensitive to customer / business needs and solution driven
